Hawkins Memorial Library moved
to its present location at 308 Main
Street in October of 1981. The
collection includes over 13,000
books and 92 different magazines, a
large selection of videos, DVDs
audio books and large print books.
The library also has two computers
offering public access to the
internet, fax and copy machines.
Art prints, puppets, computer
programs, typewriters an overhead
projector and card tables and chairs
are also available for check out.
On Thursday mornings preschool aged
children can attend
story time
from 10:30 - 11:15. Community coffee
time takes place on Monday
mornings at 8:00 a.m.. Everyone is
welcome.
